About the Conference
Held every year by the Ibn Haldun University Graduate School, the Graduate Studies Conference is a peer-reviewed meeting designed for master’s and doctoral students to present their research in an academic setting.
Aims of the conference
By bringing together graduate researchers from different disciplines, the conference aims to open ongoing work to discussion, provide constructive feedback from faculty members and foster academic collaboration among early-career researchers. Submissions undergo double-blind peer review; accepted full papers are published in a proceedings volume with an e-ISBN.
Shaped around a theme chosen each year, the sessions cover a broad range from the social sciences and humanities to Islamic studies, and from educational sciences to business and economics. Open to presentations in Turkish and English, the conference also encourages graduate students from other universities to take part.

After each presentation you receive comments from the session chair and Scientific Committee members to guide your thesis work.
Publication
Accepted full papers are published in the e-ISBN proceedings; selected papers are recommended for a special journal issue.

Review and publication process
- Abstract submissionSubmit a 250–300 word abstract through the registration form by 30 October 2026.
- Peer reviewTwo Scientific Committee reviewers assess each abstract double-blind; results are announced on 20 November.
- PresentationAccepted papers are presented in oral or poster sessions on 18–19 December.
- ProceedingsFull papers are edited and published in the e-ISBN proceedings after the conference.
