Submission and Presentation Guidelines
Abstract and full paper format, review criteria, presentation rules and publication ethics. Templates can be downloaded from the side column.

2. Abstract submission
- Abstracts are 250–300 words long, written in Turkish or English.
- They are structured to cover aims, method, findings and conclusion.
- Add 3–5 keywords and the topic area below the abstract.
- For blind review, the abstract file must not include author names, affiliations or acknowledgements; these are collected in the registration form.
- Deadline: 30 October 2026, 23:59. Late submissions will not be reviewed.

- 4,000 – 7,000 words (excluding references)
- Layout
- A4, 2.5 cm margins on all sides, single column
- Font
- Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing; footnotes 10 pt

4. Review process
Each abstract is reviewed double-blind by two members of the Scientific Committee. Reviewer comments are sent to authors on 20 November 2026 together with an accept, revise or reject decision. Review criteria:
- Originality and research question
- Appropriateness of method
- Contribution to the field
- Language and clarity
5. Presentation rules
- Prepare your presentation as a PDF or PPTX (16:9) file; the conference presentation template is recommended.
- Hand the file to the room assistant on a USB drive at least 15 minutes before your session.
- The session chair keeps time; presentations may not exceed 15 minutes.
- Online presentations are only possible in exceptional cases approved by the Organising Committee.
6. Publication ethics
- Full papers are screened for similarity; papers with a similarity index above 20% (excluding references) are not published.
- Research involving human participants must include an ethics committee approval with the full paper.
- Work that has been published before or is under review elsewhere is not accepted.
Frequently asked questions
Can one author submit more than one paper?
An author may appear on at most two papers and may be first author on only one of them.
Can my thesis advisor be a co-author?

When are the proceedings published?
Accepted full papers are edited after the conference and published open access as a PDF proceedings volume with an e-ISBN.
Can students from other universities take part?
Yes. The conference actively encourages graduate students from other universities to take part.
